2026-07-31 进度： Phase 2a live 验收已通过DEL-readme-pnpm-install-20260731（plane-self-check OK，四 intent 共享真 session）。 评估：docs/evaluations/2026-07-31-readme-pnpm-dispatch.md。 仍 open：业务仓 remote push/land（可选）、Revert-remerge 警告演练。Mode W / Mode P 机械路径已落地。Host Wave 2（Grok / A2）已于 2026-09-01 关闭。

目标 ​

Make Grok /jj-dispatch repeatable without forcing multi-session or user CLI: default Mode S, honest control-plane artifacts, then optional W/P and Host Wave 2.
